Dear Beloved Brothers and Sisters in Christ

I bring you greeting in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is my prayer that this day finds you well in body and in spirit. Thank you much for your kind prayers, encouragement and financial help for the Lord's mission in India  .With  your kind prayers and help only I am able to do this work.   Please find the work report from 17^th February to 1^st March 2008.

Statistics:

1. Baptisms 1
2. I lead worship services  in 3 congregations
3. We Had Bible Classes in 3 congregations.
4. My son Bharath assist me in the work.
5. We had ladies meeting in Madavaram church of Christ, Chennai.
6. Conducted 8 family prayers.
7. Visited the sick.
8. Distributed 15 new testaments and one songs book and 8 Truth for Today books.
9. We  conducted  a village leaders meeting.
10. We  conducted a Gospel meeting in Makkenavaripalem church of Christ.
11. Had private bible study with 11 families.
12. Discussed with some  people about the church ,instrumental music and water baptism on the internet
13. Benevolence

We are planning to conduct a Gospel meeting in Ramanjaneyapuram church of Christ in the month of May. We need to fix the dates.

We had a meeting with some of the village leaders who are member of the Lord's church to star the worship in their village in some reason. We wish to start the work in those villages and wish to visit some other new villages and also neighboring districts. We will have meeting this month to discuss about the possibilities. We have that like villages like Rythunagar village, Boggaram Village, Mallayapalem village , Gundepalli village and like to have Gospel meetings in some other districts.

We conducted a Gospel meeting on 19^th of February at Makkenavaripalem church of Christ. Most of the 3 congregations people (I work) attended the meeting. We had guest speaker Bro.Hershel Bearaden. He preached  in the meeting. I served as interpreter. It resulted on baptism.

I and my wife went to Chennai on 28^th of  February . Ladies meeting was conducted  there at Madavaram church of Christ in Chennai. My wife  Vijaya Kumari participated in that meeting. And shared the word of the Lord for the ladies in that meeting. Here we used to conduct small ladies program at the time of girls mature time. We took the chance to pre ach the word for every opportunity.

I helped for a aged widow in Subbaiahpalem and helped for a Bullemaih and her two kids who is suffering with AIDS. She is from Ramanjaneyapuram village. Helped for a boy who is suffering with cancer in the village Yenugupalem.

Word of Lord:  The light of the world: John 12:46.

Introduction: Jesus was performed miracles  and they were not believing, Jesus Called them blind.

I Jesus came to Earth:. Jesus took on flesh John 1: 14, To dwell among us, To show us His divine glory, To introduce us to a new way.

II. Jesus came where there was darkness: John 1:5  And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

III. Jesus came as light- light found 24 times in John: The light is for everybody - John 12:46  I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. That lifght is for the world (sin)

Conclusion: Since Jesus came as a Light into the world, we conclude. There was a time where there was darkness. There was a need for light. There is a need to walk in that light 1 John 1:7.
