        Just Do IT!

There is no reason to teach about why we should evangelize!

1.       We know that we all have sinned     Romans 3:23

2.       We know that sin separates us from God      Isaiah 59:1-2

3.       We know that to die in sin is to miss heaven              John 8:24

4.       We know that the gospel is the power of God            Romans 1:16

5.       We know that there is no other gospel          Galatians 1:6-9

6.       We know that we are commissioned to preach to the lost    Mark 16:15-16

7.       We know that we are indebted to all around us        Romans 1:14-15

8.       We know that the lost depend on us to find them   Acts 16:9-10

9.       We know that the devil wants the gospel to be hidden         2 Cor 4:3-4

10.   We know that eternal punishment is waiting for those who have not obeyed the gospel      2 Thessalonians 1:7-9

We just need to overcome our fears!

1.       Fear of challenging people with the truth

a.       It is unpopular to try to get people to change churches

b.      Talking about religious differences is perceived as being intolerant

c.       Trying to persuade others is viewed as unsociable behavior

d.      Implying that you are right is considered wrong        John 8:31-32

2.        Our greatest fear is hearing no!

a.       Hearing no is equivalent to being rejected

b.      Hearing no has petrified many from trying

We must overcome our laziness

1.        We are very comfortable in our offices and homes

2.       We hope that earning a living will be accepted for teaching the lost

3.       We hope that the unsaved will come hear the preacher

4.       We hope that scheduling a door knowing every once in a while will count for evangelizing
